Loops over in 8 offset chunks until found the right type, to test use this code in kmain above sti:

	size_t i = 0;
	uint64_t b, l;
	while (mb2_next_region(&i, &b, &l)) {
			kprintf("%x %x\n", (uint32_t)b, (uint32_t)l);
	}

Should print something like this

00000000 0009fc00 // ~640 KIB
00100000 07ee0000 // Rest of 128 MIB avail

Merge main into mbinfo 96ce34ad1f

Resolve idt.c conflict by taking main's isr_handler: the duplicated
exception-handling commit on this branch was an earlier snapshot without
the bounds guard, format casts, CR2 read, or #PF error-code decoding.

Reformat multiboot.c per .clang-format.
