Linux uses firmware vendor mouse (0x40 deltas) with lizard grab, opposite-pad scroll, and expanded SteamProbe idle testing. Windows gets trackpad haptics on back-button clicks and opposite-pad scroll via SendHapticCommand.

Port ConfigureVendorTrackpadMouse, 0x40 vendor mouse, and LizardInputGrabber. On Windows use firmware lizard-off plus cleared mappings so keyboard HID stays quiet without admin; CM_Disable_DevNode remains an optional fallback when elevated.
